Algorithm:
• Add three FM waves
• All carrier wave have same relative amplitude =1.0
• All carrier use hill envelope with top at 0.1 of note
• All modulate amplitude (β) change from 0.0 to 25.0 across note
Wave 0
• Carrier frequency 1.0 of note
• Modulate frequency 2.4 of note
Wave 1
• Carrier frequency 1.525 of note
• Modulate frequency 3.66 of note
Wave 2
• Carrier frequency 2.0 of note
• Modulate frequency 4.2 of note
