This sound was recorded in a cave "Ledyanaya" near the town of Staritsa in Russia.
The sound is recorded on the Zoom H6 recorder and the Zoom XYH-6 microphone at 48 kHz (...unfortunately. Next time i going to record 96kHz), 16 bit.
