  1, 2, 3 et 4, 1, 2, 3 et 4 hopla, petit echauffement de bon matin, attention on va passer au talon-fesse hopla, 1, 2, 3 et 4, on n'oublie pas de s'étirer, et c'est parti pour les pas chassés ! jdec lourd son, on s'y croirait, mais vla tu piétine
