Near Yabashira station, I noticed the intense, loud, almost synthetic, sound of large group of birds. I climbed over al little fence near the taxi park, to stand straight under the trees, trying to avoid getting shat on (I failed). The sound blew my mind, it was unlike any other bird sound I ever heard. A very high concentration of birds on such a small park. And it seems this bird species produces an almost synthesizer (cartoon laser) kind of sound.
In Yabashira, Matsudo, Chiba, east of Tokyo. Mid October 2016.
