Simulation of the sound some of those foam footballs and darts with whistles on them make when flying.
I took my Nerf Whistle sound, duplicated it, pitch-shifted the copy a bit. Then I applied ~80% tremolo at 10Hz to both, with the copy 180deg out of phase.
It sounds pretty good with a doppler effect
