This sound is part of a pack of analog synthesizer one-note-shots.
It was made with the analog synthesizer MicroBrute from Arturia and was recorded and edited with Sony Sound Forge Pro. The sound is based on a triangle wave, bandpass-filtered and (as can be seen and heard) pitch modulated with an pulse wave LFO.
I've left the sound dry, so you can apply effects on your own taste.
This sound is in note G#.
