Part 1 of 3, Burbling.

While on Skype, someone I was calling left the mic on while he packed for a trip. A transmission error caused a unique distortion effect while he was moving gear and typing.

These are the background burbling sounds, caused by low-level signal being artificially enhanced by Skype... possibly.
