flac.exe version 1.2.1b
foobar plays them without problems, flac.exe decodes them also without problems.

Sounds like your flac sounds could be good but I use wave files and convert files with switch or macflac.
Both programs can't deal with these files for some reason. What are you using to make the flac files?
