My headphones started to screw themselves over while I was going for a walk with them and it started pouring in the middle of my walk. Which made my headphones pretty much unusable and it seemed to make this strange static noise even when turned off. It was actually kinda creepy but I did realise that this would make for a good sound for a videogame or movie that needs static of some kind. It's just too bad my headphones don't work anymore.
Feel free to use this sound however you may please, you don't even have to credit me. It would be appreciated if you did though!

Very nice soft static, used as a snare here: https://soundcloud.com/derk-bell/fault-tolerance

I raised the volume by 600% and bass boosted it so I could become deaf. And yes, I credited you.
