@rhian_bell -- I'm sorry this response is so late (and most likely pointless now) but I don't log on here very often. My guess is that you could just make a reference to the site you found it on (freesound.org) and maybe the user that posted it (Ndheger) within your written documentation for the assignment. I don't think it would be necessary to include credits for each individual sound effect used. Please keep in mind these are just my thoughts and if you have any other questions about it I'm sure your professor will be able to assist you further. I hope this helps =)
