This is the recorded message warning of the wash cycle in a sanisette (a self-cleaning, high-tech street toilet found throughout Paris). It is triggered by opening the door from the inside after using the sanisette. This turns off the hand dryer (heard at the start of the recording) and unlocks and opens the door (also heard). Since the door must be opened to start the recording, it was hard to separate from the voice announcement.
This announcement is made in both English and French, for some reason (perhaps because the door closes and the wash cycle starts even if you don't leave the sanisette!).
Recorded with Zoom H4n built-in mics / 96 kHz / 24 bits / stereo / mics held in middle of sanisette and then moved outside (I didn't want to be washed!)
