First post in ages - I've been making a lot of field recordings of the demolition and construction of Christchurch, New Zealand as a result of the earthquakes that hit the city in 2011.
This is the sound of a digger scraping up panels of glass, crumbled concrete and thin steel beams as part of the demolition of the central library.
