I can see this as an opening-credit soundtrack for a slick, offbeat, nerdy kind of film with an aggressive yet positive edge. The randomness of the sounds used and the way they fall into the rhythm gives an odd energy to the piece that prepares the viewer for what is to follow. Listen to this piece a few times, and focus on the background sounds and how they lead into each change.
This could also be used as a backing track for choreographed dancers as part of an overall performance.
If you prefer WAV file, please message me and I'll post it. The file is 23.5 MB, which is why I went with the MP3 first.
I continue to work this and on other pieces, and MGS-produced versions of them may be put up either here or on the upcoming MGSTUDIO.ORG website (free, w/donations appreciated) along with other works I have in-process that will not be posted here, but be available commercially. Of course, you are free to use this as you see fit, in whole or in part. Overdub your own tracks to it. All I ask is that you add Mad Gravity Studio to your work as a contributor. I'd love to hear what you can do with it.
Please make an old guy happy today, okay?

In response to e-mail request to listen, I'd like to offer feedback:
enjoyed the various one-shot panning, but the snare seemed out of place - its reverb isn't shared with the rest of the kit or the instrumentation. worth trying a more subtle snare at least.
