Sounds like someone is giving you a hint/clue in a stressful situation!

This sound can for example be used in games, for example when the NPC pops up at the player's television/computer/smartphone/tablet-screen and gives a hint/clue, for example via dialogue which says "Hurry up before he escapes!", you name it. Ready to use.
