It was recorded on a very humid night. The reason why i recorded it was the wires in the big metal pylons made this great sparkling/crackling noise. The problem was the white noise that blended in, so it took me a while to figure out the best way to clean the recording up, but i think i did an ok job. It was a little experiment on how much one can edit a file without making it sound digital. Recorded with a Sony HI-MD walkman MZ-NH1 minidisc recorder and two WM-61A Panasonic microphones Edited in Audacity 1.3.12-beta

Interesting recording and I love the little crackles and pops, sounds like it's playing on scratched vinyl. Would like to hear the original unprocessed sound, any chance of an upload?
Anyway, thanks for sharing.
