Hacked and corrupted transmission

This sound has been designed applying some amount of randomness in the parameters of different audio effects. First I took a degraded granular glitch base from tape recordings and metal percussion. I added some delay, reverb, pitch shifter and moog 4 pole band pass. After randomization I organised a bit all the mess and adjusted some of the params to balance the amount of audio information. All of the sounds of this collection were made the same.

Este sonido fue diseñado aplicando cierta aleatoriedad a los parámetros de los efectos de audio. Primero tomé una muestra de un sonido tipo falla con resolución de bits reducida y granulación agresiva de grabaciones de casette y elementos metálicos percusivos. Añadí delay, reverb, pitch shift y un filtro moog paso banda de 4 polos. Después organicé un poco todo el jaleo y ajusté algunos parámetros para equilibrar la cantidad de información auditiva.
