Heidelberg printing press. The mic was positioned between two of the printing cylinders, capturing the rhythmic mechanical clicking of the machine. Half way through the recording the mic was turned from the first cylinder to the second, resulting in a subtle variation of the sounds. Recorded using a dpa 4060 mic into an Oade mod Fostex FR2-LE. Post processing in Adobe Audition 2.0.
