Using for a silly YouTube show called The Green Screen Theatre. Thank you much!
Thank you. I am using this in my podcast Samsara's Dramas for 'Money For Nothing'.
I used this in my video essay "Post-Apocalyptic Saviour Daddies (or, why The Last of Us is NOT a rip-off of Children of Men)"

(it's used in the final skit)
Thank you!

No, that is not correct. Although this song is similar to "The Girl from Ipanema", it is not the same.
- Chords: not worthy of protection, legally freely usable
- Bossa Nova style: General property, legally free to use
- Melody: similar, but not equal, can not be confused
This song reaches its own level of creation and is thus to be regarded as an independent work.

This is a copyrighted song "Girl from Ipanema", original composer Antônio Carlos Jobim.
You may have edited and recorded it yourself ... this doesn't change the fact that royalty fees will apply to all of those who are going to use it!
