A loop with strings that repeatedly fade in and ascend in pitch to create a sick and restless atmosphere. Of course, its raw loop nature makes it necessary to fade in and out, but gives you some freedom to use it however you want.
The sound is losslessy compressed, as lossy compression can make it implssible to loop a sound.

@MOONWALKMAN: FLAC might not be easy to work with out-of-the-box on Windows, but tools for decompressing to WAV/PCM are so easily available.
MP3 or Vorbis might introduce clicks and pops for looped sounds, and MP3 is anti-consumer friendly due to its proprietary nature.
