I made a vocal recording with My phone voice recorder saying the names of important articles I've written.

The right channel is 0.35semitones up and 0.999x speed of the left.

I made a -36semitone and +15semitone layer with effects. The unshifted layer precedes the other two by a few milliseconds.

I did a speed shift down to 0.21x, 0.41x and up to 4.1x and 14.1x. Effects applied.

Sorry, BPM unknown.
