This sound is part of the pack Tape Modulations
Taken from previously uploaded sound "Bottle Vowels", where a top on a pill bottle was shook and moved at different distances from the bottle to produce "vowel" sounds. Now sped up, it sounds like a spinning top wavering on the edge of collapse.
