formation lap is, to me, a unique sound experience.
i dream being at a Discovery-rocket launch....
once, a friend asked me: if you know someone (Michael.Sch) is going to win, why are you still attending to the race?
well, the first answer i got was: if you know you are going to die, what do you live for?
perhaps, an odd feeling i got, but...wtf!!
I mean, beyond the "winner" of a race, i enjoy the sounds themselves...no matter who, or what car is "the one".

Yeah, I finally got a R-44. Now I can perfectly understand what you said in a forum last year. It turned out to be far better than I had imagined. A really nice recorder, I think.

So you have an R44 now, what setting were you using, I'd imagine fairly low? Thanks for sharing
