The sound was recorded in a car due to external background noises. A person was hitting their face to create the sound. The Zoom Recorder was close to the person's face to get the right sound so that it was not to soft nor to loud The sound was recorded with a Zoom H6 recorder XY it was set on 48Hz 24bit.
There was very little editing just cutting of the sound to make it shorter and fit the free sound files.
