Recorded at the Byodo-In Temple on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Called "Bon-sho", the sacred bell is located in the Bell House on the temple grounds. It is a five foot high, three ton brass bell. It is rung by slinging what looks like a large, wooden battering ram at the bell.
