These are sounds you often hear used in Action movies when a text appears on screen to display location information. For instance in the 'Bourne Trilogy' movies these sounds are used a lot. I couldn't find any of them online so I decided to make my own. I recorded an electrical engine and speeded the sound up and put it through some filters and the end result is a few subtle but effective sounds that work really well with text. Especially so if you animate the text on and off using certain presets in After Effects. (Btw, the font used in the Bourne movies for these texts is called 'Eurostile').
