  So I am now paying this Fergie character for every view I get, without my consent. Good to know. Not that it surprises me or anything. YouTube's copyright system is known for being terrifyingly easy to exploit. Anyway, thanks for the compliment on my video.

  The answer is no but people steal freesound stuff all the time and sell it. The world is full of parasites I'm afraid.
