This is a so called "whoosh-effect" which is often used in electronic music. Originally it´s a 6-bars sample at 130
Bpm, feel free to shorten or stretch it for your purpose. It´s a sample from my sample pack "whoosh sfx", most of these samples are made with synthesizers, others are sounds i recorded.

  this would be good for a horror movie if you keep the medium sound and then reverse it.
