This is my old VHS tape player machine. The rewind is high speed build towards end where the machine makes the stop and tape output from machine sounds. The TV static and glitch sounds are added to emphasize that actual static sounds that were so low to really hear it. So the TV static and glitch sounds are real recordings from my TV.
