Wood falling: The sound of a small plank being dropped and falling on a brick floor, hard impact sounds, loud sounds. This sound was recorded with a ZOOM H6 recorder and a RODE NTG-2 Shotgun mic. Post-processing was added in the form of a compressor as to attenuate the sound's transient that caused clipping, while still keeping the rest of the sound's levels strong and audible. This sound was recorded by holding a shotgun mic close to a dropped wooden plank as it hits the hard ground and bounces a bit. The sound was recorded on a bright, quiet, sunny day.
