A mess of high pitched tones that might distract dogs or or animals with sensitivity to high pitched sounds

It has occurred to me that this distraction would not happen as most devices (from a mobile for example) it could only have a dynamic range approximately 9 Hertz to 25,000 Hertz if that so couldnt output sound frequencies to distract or even interest cats or dogs with their extended range up to 56,000 Hertz sooo what a load of crap I was imagining up there- doh!
