I set my binarual mics on either side of a large barrel and left them for about 90 minutes. This was recorded in my parents back yard, which is in rural eastern Ohio. There are lots of birds around and various scuffling sounds, and some insects buzzing past, as well as some human sounds, planes, cars, etc. Recorded with the Sound Professional binaural mics into a Zoom H4.

Superb recording. Love that it's long. Great ambiance, and binaural effect is totally there. Feels like taking some time off on a farm would sound like.
Just wonder what's that distant reverbed engine whining, like at 15:30 - 16:30... Is a motorbike? Or more likely a chainsaw? Not sure...
Anyways thanks for sharing!
