This is cooking a homemade vegan burger in a frying pan with a lid on. The pops are water droplets falling from the lid and hitting the hot oil in the pan. The background noise is in fact my electric stove regulating the heat. This particular sound features a loud pop at the beginning then the water sizzling sound slowly fades away as it evaporates.
