My friend heard the sound of my old Color Monitor 1770 by Top Victory Electronics. He remembered hearing this as a kid and said it would be cool as a notification sound for text messages and stuff. I turned on my Rode NTG4+ powered by my Vocaster two and recorded it with audacity. I removed the background sound of my PC fan and whatever else. This is the notification version without the click of flipping the switch to turn it on and the click the monitor makes at the end. The original is in the same pack.
