A recording made during the Tennjin festival in Osaka Japan. Flutes being played during the procession. There are 3 kinds of flutes that you can hear as the procession passes by.

  thanks so much for this! so very emotional. i spent many years in kyoto and this sound always moved me so deeply. so haunting and beautiful. the instruments are shinobue and nohkan flutes(?). will ask my wife later!
