This is a recording of what sounds like a weather channel coming from an airport. No, this isn't NOAA radio. This signal can be found on 3413.00kHz upper side band or USB. However, this Signal can only be herd at night, and the rest of the day it's just static. Recorded using the webSDR from University of Twente
