A dual mono field recording of a startled or angry Common Blackbird (Turdus merula) flying over the mic.The microphone was set up by a garden pond in an attempt to record frogs croaking, the placement of the mic was exactly where this bird takes it's bath at the shallow end. I think it took exception to the furry Deadcat covering the mic. Rode NTG-2 & Deadcat > FEL battery pre-amp > Zoom H2 line in.
