This reminds me of a song produced by Overseer on the album "wreckage" The name of the song is called: Heligoland - it starts w/ a really cool shipping forecast then goes into some really neat stuff, a very impressionable song... Anyhow, this sample is Totally Awesome! I am thinking of doing some really cool FX w/ this. BTW are there any commercial limitations to using this sample? Thx.

Great HF voice effect! Ive heard a lot of these for real, and this is classic at sea distortion.

Have beaten Heatfuse to it. I love it so much. We were in the studio adding this to the title in question, and all of a sudden, as the piece started to fade towards the end, the voice on the forecast says "More to follow". So good.
