I used the sound of sea birds to create this sound
(public domain samples). I stretched the sounds using
tempo slowing but first cut the silent parts of the
sample. Then, using the GVerb function of Audacity,
coupled with some pitch variance, I got the sound you
are hearing, with re-verb.
