Hi all
Just discovered the site and may I say a million thank you's to whoever is responsible for setting it up.
I'm specifically looking for a man falling down a flight of stairs which includes a male voice making the appropriate noises as he tumbles.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Arkie...

This may be a case of too little, too late, but this conversation inspired me.
I have an enclosed stairwell in my house that leads to my basement. I also had several light-weight but sturdy cardboard boxes laying around. I figured the walls of the stairwell, the concrete in the basement, and the hollow-ness of the boxes would provide some interesting resonance.
So I positioned my recorder at the top of the stairs and spent the next half-hour throwing boxes down the stairs and watching them tumble in various random configurations. (Sometimes, you create your own Foley studio wherever you need to.)
I edited the best of that half-hour session into a two minute series of tumbles. You can hear it here:

With a little more editing, a person could add several of these together to create whatever tumbling sound you need. Layer several of them together for a fuller effect. Concatenate several of them for a longer effect.
Thanks for the inspiration.
