I'm looking to find some free voice samples to use for a radio station I run, KAL Radio.
I'm planning to set up nightly book readings. I have the format put together, and I've chosen the first book (Pride and Prejudice and Zombies), but I need some voice samples so listeners can know what's going on.
The format is as follows:
(A ! indicates I need some sort of voice clip for this part.)
Monday:
10:00 PM - Introduction (!) (2 minutes long)
10:02 PM - Part 1 (15m)
10:17 PM - Short Break (!) (3m)
10:20 PM - Part 2 (15m)
10:35 PM - Intermission (!) (20m)
10:55 PM - Part 3 (15m)
11:10 PM - Short Break (!) (3m)
11:13 PM - Part 4 (15m)
11:28 PM - Outtroduction (!) (2m)
11:30 PM - Resume normal programming.
Tuesday:
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM - Rerun of Monday Night (Needs new outtroduction)
10:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Same as Monday Night, but parts 5-8
Wednesday:
Same as Tuesday, next 4 parts
Thursday:
Same as Wednesday, next 4 parts
Friday:
Same as Thursday, next 4 parts, but needs new outtroduction for 10pm running (i.e., instead of tune in tomorrow at the same time to catch the next part, tune in next Monday at 10pm.)
In particular, I need:
High Importance:
Audio Clip ~ "KAL Radio will resume the reading after a short break. Enjoy this bit of music."
(Feel free to improvise, doesn't need to be exact.)
<15s if you could.
A stock sound could be substituted if, like me, you're not a great voice actor.
Audio Clip ~ "The second half of tonight's reading will resume after the intermission, in twenty minutes."
(Again, feel free to improvise, or help me find a suitable stock sound.)
<30s would work.
Medium Importance:
Audio Clip - A generalized introduction to the segment, something like "Welcome to KAL Theater" that I can use no matter which book.
Audio Clip - A similar outtroduction, thanking the listeners, and reminding them of the rerun at 2pm, and the next segment at 10pm the next day (or next monday).
Audio Clip - An outtroduction for the rerun segment.
Low Importance:
Specialized introductions and etc. for the current book. I don't need this, but if anyone's feeling generous, it would be nice.
Any help at all would be nice, even if just to point me to some existing resources.
Thanks in advance.

My girlfriend spoke a couple of them. If you list more exactly what you want for the other ones she will record those too if you like the ones so far. I should let you know that we will be unable to record anything for a few weeks starting after tomorrow, so hopefully you would respond by then, or don't mind waiting until September to get them.

Perfect! Thank you, and thank your girlfriend for me.
I can make do with these, but if possible, I'd still like an outtroduction.
A couple ideas:
"Thank you for listening to KAL Theater, be sure to catch the next part of the story tomorrow, 10PM EST."
"If you missed part of tonight's reading, it will be rerun tomorrow, 2PM EST."
"We hope you have enjoyed the latest KAL Theater. We will return on Monday with a new book."
"Head to http://pseudosoftware.net/radio/theater/ for more information on tonight's reading, and to help select the next book."
As always, feel free to improvise.
Thanks again.
I have updated the sample pack with the new recordings, I hope they work for you, we won't be able to record anything more until September.
Thanks.
