This video is 11 years old and I'm not sure what's up with the channel now or how to contact them exactly, otherwise I'd ask them, but:

Does anyone have access to some bones they could knock together? Preferably ones that have been cut to offer the tonal 'clave' sound heard here? I could just straight up use a clave sample but the tone of the bone ones is pretty interesting.

I fully plan to try and get my hands on something like this myself, but it'll be a bit of an involved process and I'll need to use a bandsaw and I'm just asking here in case someone can do this more easily than me.

I unfortunately do NOT have Kontakt. Is there any way I could just paypal you like 20 dollars and you could send me the samples in .wav format?

Kontakt files are usually Wav files

Oh, are they? No extra headers or anything? The couple time I've tried to access them, they're packed into big monolithic things.

Sorry, just coming back to this. You should be able to access the wav files
from the Kontakt instrument, there should just be a folder called "xxx samples".
If you haven't already, buy the Kontakt instrument and if you can't get the wav files out,
send me an email (quickest response would be to use the email in the README
that comes with the Lootaudio Kontakt instrument), and I'll email you the samples separately.
