Hi, I'm a regular dude trying to learn DAW and stuffs by recreating instrumental tracks of some popular music. Right now I'm totally stuck with two -rather commonly heard- sound effects that are used in Gayle's .

The first sound starts at 0:14 and gradually increases in volume until 0:17.
The second sound starts immediately after the first sound and quickly ends as muted electric guitar kicks in.

Please help me find what these two sounds are called
