Hi folks,
I guess all of you have seen films like "Hunt for Red October", "The Rock" or TV-series like "JAG". In all of these, a black screen appears at sometime and green letters (like an electronic typewriter) appear. I am searching for the underlying sound. I can't even find the right words to explain exactly what am I looking for. Does anybody have an idea where to get this sound or where to download it? I appreciate any help!

Yeah, I think I know what you mean. Something you might see of an old terminal like in wargames?
To me it sounds like keys being typed but a little bit deeper. Perhaps it's the sound of an older keyboard?
When I'm home this weekend I'll check out what my dad's IMSAI keyboard sounds like and maybe get a recording of it. I already have a recording of his teletype (a noisy beast!) if you're interested.
