Hi,
I recently had to delete a sound ticket of Dragon Ball Z Punches SFX, sadly because they do sound really cool though!
I did a quick search for Dragon Ball Z Punch or Anime Punch. There's about 38 sounds none really resembles the Dragon Ball ones.

So I searched for some tutorials to maybe make my own
I didn't find tutorials for punches.

Mainly take sound frequency shift (=/= pitch shift) add reverb. Enjoy!

Not anime but I make sounds with Japanese in them!

I would encourage you to do a few Japanese voice recording / voice-acting sounds
Maybe one on the theme of sayings and expressions.
Maybe a few common things : "Happy birthday" "hello" "how are you?" "so nice to see you" etc..
A few "Anime cliché" words / sentences. "Kawaii" "yamero" "baka" and other cliché things ^^
