Since 2017 you can set a Sound signature in your account settings:

For example, the following sound signature

I hope you use my sounds! <a href="https://freesound.org/people/freesoundtest111">Check attribution rules in my profile</a>

would look like this:

And just to have another example,

SuperSoundExample - <a href="https://example.com">example.swarm/@SuperSound</a>

would look like this:

SuperSoundExample - example.swarm/@SuperSound

You can preview your HTML in markdownlivepreview.com or any other ol' HTML-compatible previewer.

Heads up: it may take up to an hour (or more?) for the sound signature to update in published sounds. You can save a sound's description in place to force/preview it.
