Sunday, January 17, 2010 @ 12:00: German-made mechanical cuckoo clock; Twelve o-clock chime. Chime is the standard Cuckoo motif. Left some ticking as well for interest, and one can clearly hear the mechanism switching between chime mode and regular as well as the weights lowering while playing the tune. Recording gear: Zoom H4N @ 44.1K/16bit using 90 degree stereo mode.

I was searching for a simple tick-tock, and this works perfect! I'm sure I'll use the cuckoo portion at some point, too! Thanks for sharing ...
