Recorded hanging from the door of a CP UDD600 series rail car in the Douro line while departing from Ermida station. This diesel powered rail car departed from Porto - Sao Bento heading to Pocinho. In the recording you can clearly ear the head of the station whistling twice instructing the
driver to proceed to departure. At the end, the carriage door slams shut.
This sound was recorded using a MZ-NH700 MD, via MIC-IN with a cheap condenser microphone.
