Hi AlienXXX, I am a professional sound designer and I use freesound for raw material. I post sounds with the same intent - so that others can use them to create their own new works :). This sound was created for the video game Anamorphine so yes, in context it will be part of a greater soundscape.

Nice, it does sound like it was recorded outdoors and the bird is pretty far away.
MAybe you can improve on it further by orverlaying an ambience from a forest, maybe a distant waterstream... See what you can find here at Freesound.
