I hate to admit it, but I stole the bone from our dog. She runs loose on 75 acres, so my guess is that it is a deer bone. I was making a video, a portion of which describes how American Indians sharpened bone implements on sandstone. I recorded the bone scrape sound to be used in the background of the video.

This is a great sound. It's gives me the creeps to think about it, or what type of animal this bone came from, but an awesome and very useable sound none the less.
