I was waiting for it for a long time. On every second Friday there is a alarm testing in our city. I am glad I recorded it.

  wow... that was surreal. I'm sitting in my dorm room and as I was listening to this the fire alarm in the dorm went off. Reaction: "Wow, he really captured the second alarm well, and it's a lot louder." Good recording though, I've always wanted to catch one of the alarm tests.
